Refund policy
Because each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns for change of mind. However, I want you to love your purchase, so if there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email me at roambybailey@gmail.com with photos. I’ll be happy to repair, replace, or refund your order.
- Exchanges: If sizing is an issue for rings, I may be able to resize or create a new piece for you (additional fees may apply).
- Custom orders: Because these are made specifically for you, custom pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
